Daley and public ear-sores like Jesse Jackson and many other loudmouth pompous yahoos are constantly talking about "getting guns off the street to stop the violence." HANDGUNS OF INTEREST
I have had a "love affair" with the old-school "1911 .45 ACP" since the early fifties. It is tried and true. My current favorite "1911" is the KIMBER Ultra CDP II .45 ACP. The manufacturer, KIMBER, has a great website at:

Here is a shameless plug fo a pistol that I am really in love with...the Para-Ord PXT 1911 SSP View it, try it, then buy it!
You ladies out there might want to check out an intreesting derringer like pistol called THE RANGER ( Bond Arms, Inc. ) that can put 10 .357 diameter buckshot holes in an attackers hide with one shot. I have recently been made aware of a great new 9mm Parabellum military style pistol called the EAA Zustava 88 which is an update of the old Russian Tokarev TT 33 design ( which, in turn, is a Soviet version of the Browning "Commander" style automatic pistol ). It is very comfortable in my hands, quite accurate, not very susceptible to malfunctions or jamming, has a very unique, but oh, so simple "safety feature" that locks the magazine from being inserted in the gun when stored away, and is so affordable ( at a mere $275!!! ) that you will want to purchase more than one once you try it at the range. I was given two which I named "truth" and "justice" respectively ( my Taurus .44 is "The American Way" ). Law and order indeed! THE BLUE PRESS is a combination catalog for the ammunition reloading related tools that Michael Dillon manufactures and sells, and a nifty grouping of highly ainformative and entertaining firearms related articles. Each issue is really engrossing in terms of both the articles and the ads, believe it or not. Also, THE BLUE PRESS issues have covers on each new issue that are real eye-openers for those of us ( like myself ) who have this thing for seeing beautiful women and beautiful firearms together "in arms" as it were. I also have to say that the beautiful ads for pistol holsters that are in each issue of THE BLUE PRESS are always above and beyond first class. My kudos to Mr. Dillon and his little publication.

EDGED WEAPONS WE RECOMMEND
There are a lot of fine "edged weapons" on the market today. In fact, there is probably a wonderfully functional and user-friendly knife that will make anyone happy out there somewhere. Having said that, I have found that the knives designed by Hawaiian Chad Los Banos are the finest "non-custom" edged weapons that I have ever come across. I used to listen to Michael Savage, but anyone with a brain who listens to that clown for more than a few months realizes that Savage ( Weiner is his real last name ) is a few bricks shy of a load, and that his constant anger and faux umbrage wears thin fast. His "Brooklyn-accented" commentaries are often quite amusing, but I gave up on him when he started begging his listening audience for donation to "his" legal defense fund ( the scurrilous "C.A.I.R" organization took him to court...I dislike "C.A.I.R." and its nefarious goings on, but Michael Savage is paid big bucks. He should fund his own legal wars. Also, he has the distressing habit of starting over the air fund raising for conservative causes and other things that he just stops talking about for weeks and months at a time "after" raising his listeners interest and concern. Check out his aborted attempt to bring his "circus" to television on YOUTUBE.COM. I gave up on Savage the clown prince last year when he was raving and ranting about the infamous University of Florida campus police..."DON'T TASE ME BRO" fiasco. I agree that the female campus cop who tased the raving and ranting student should be behind a desk rather than in a patrol car, but when Savage suggested that the audienc should have "bum rushed and beat up the university cops, I threw up my hands. He said the wrong thing there. Yeah, the cops were "Keystone Cop" like in their ineptitude, but you don't incite people to attack law enforcement officers. You just don't do that...especially on a nationally syndicated radio program. Shame on you Michael Savage. Savage's big mouth bravado and bluster are way over the top too much and too often for my tastes.
Michael Medved isn't bad, but his nasally, whining voice, and his boot-licking devotion to John McCain's presidential designs is so grating on my ears and my intellect that I cannot listen to him everyday. He also comes across on the radio as an arrogant know-it-all who has a putdown for anyone who has the audacity or hope (sic ) of disagreeing with his political dogma. He is much more knowledgeable than Michael Savage, but his voice and his "kissing up" to all things McCain are very irritating to me ( *Note-Medved affected me the same way when he was a film critic on PBS back in the 90's...there was a smugness and arrogance to his critiques of films that made me turn off the tv whenever he came on. He sure as hell was no Roger Ebert, or Gene Siskal, or even Richard Roeper...the man is unwqatchable and unlistenable in my humble opinion...which is not to say that I disagree with all of his opinions or his film reviews ).
Rush Limbaugh is an interesting conservative radio personality that I listen to from time to time. I have actually been listening to him for as long as he has been doing syndicated talk show broadcasts touting the Republican Party. I was never a "ditto-head," but I remember the days of his "Rush Hours," and even his disasterous one shot television fiasco-The Rush Limbaugh Show! His is ndefinately no ever going to be ready for prime time television...never! On the radio he is quite masterful. He paved the way for all the conservative talk show hosts who are raking in the bucks today...Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, etc. I seldom listen to Rush anymore because he has become a parody of himself over the years. That said, he is far superior to Savage.
Sean Hannity is great, but I seldom listen to him because of the hours that his show is on. I like him, and I believe that he will only attain greater heights in the broadcasting business in the future. A bit too rah-rah for me at time, but always interesting because he sounds like he is telling it like he really feels all the time.
To sum things up, you can't go wrong listening to Mark Levin, Mike Gallagher, and Dennis Prager. The same goes for Sean Hannity.
