There are a plethora of books, videos, and print material that can lead the interested individual to the development of a sharper mind and enhanced intellectual acuity. What I reccommend to my personal clients and private students is that they first spend some time studying autogenic training, then progressing along paths that are suitable for them as individuals. I tend not to suggest that my pupils study
TM, Yoga, Zen, Taoism, or any of the more popular and well known personal improvement organizations. Get the basics of "mind awareness" through a simple method like
autogenic training, and then you will know instinctively how to "
evolve" your mind training through methods that will be appealing to you on many levels.
...which "might" lead you to some form of enlightenment that will lead you down yet another path of personal mind evolution.
There is no need to spend a lot of money in your quest for "enlightenment." Of course there will always be a place for "professional" assistance along the personal improvement yellow brick road, but you would be amazed at how far you can go by "going it alone." If you have the "MAMBO ARTS SPIRIT" you will want to see how far you can go on your own.
